MENOPAUSE WELLNESS COACHING FOR WOMEN 45+

Meet Leslie Byrd

A WOMAN WHO’S BEEN THERE.

I’m a menopause wellness coach, personal trainer, nutrition coach — and a woman who knows what it feels like when your body suddenly seems to change the rules.

I didn’t come into this work because I had all the answers.

I came into it because menopause surprised me, too.

At 42, I began experiencing perimenopause symptoms. By 47, things had intensified — weight gain, knee pain, hip pain, shoulder pain, and a level of afternoon exhaustion I had never experienced before.

And the confusing part?

I was already a personal trainer and nutrition coach.

I was doing what I thought I was supposed to be doing.

But my body had changed.

That experience changed the way I looked at menopause — and ultimately changed the way I help other women navigate it.

A WOMAN WHO'S BEEN THERE.

I’m a menopause wellness coach, personal trainer, nutrition coach — and a woman who knows what it feels like when your body suddenly seems to change the rules.

I didn’t come into this work because I had all the answers.

I came into it because menopause surprised me, too.

And the confusing part?

What I Believe

You Don't Need To Spend The Next 20 Years Fighting Your Body.

I don't believe menopause is something women need to simply “push through.”

I don't believe you need to punish yourself with extreme workouts or restrictive diets to feel good in your body.

And I don't believe getting older means accepting that pain, exhaustion and feeling disconnected from yourself are simply your new normal.

I believe women deserve better information, practical support and strategies that make sense for the bodies they have now.

That’s why I look at the whole picture — how you’re moving, what you’re eating, how you’re recovering, and what’s happening in your everyday life. Because feeling better usually isn’t about changing just one thing.

My goal isn't to help you become the woman you were 20 years ago.

It's to help you feel strong, capable and confident as the woman you are today.

My Story

At 42, I began experiencing perimenopause symptoms.

By 47, things had intensified — weight gain, knee pain, hip pain, shoulder pain, and a level of afternoon exhaustion I had never experienced before.

The confusing part?

I was already a personal trainer and nutrition coach.

I was doing what I thought I was supposed to be doing.

My habits hadn't changed.

But my body had.

For a while, I wondered what I was doing wrong.

Then I realized something that changed everything:

I wasn't failing. My body was changing.

The strategies that had worked for me for years weren't designed for this new season of life.

So I started digging deeper into menopause and what was happening in my body — trying to understand why things like my joints, energy, metabolism, recovery and sleep suddenly felt so different.

I stopped trying to fight my body into submission and started learning how to support it instead.

And that changed not only how I felt, but how I saw menopause.

Now, I help other women do the same.

Why I Do This Work

Because No Woman Should Feel Like She's Failing At Her Own Body.

I know what it's like to be the woman who is doing all the “right” things and still wondering why she doesn't feel like herself.

That’s what led me to create an approach that looks at what women are actually experiencing during menopause.

I combine my experience as a personal trainer and nutrition coach with my own journey through menopause to help women understand their changing bodies and find realistic ways to feel better.

My goal isn't to give you another list of things you're doing wrong.

It's to help you understand what your body needs now — and give you practical ways to support it.

"These are your best years.

Live like it."
